Jermaine was fantastic. He was incredibly flexible while I waited for the delivery of my new bed and kept in touch with me throughout the day with excellent communication. Once the bed arrived at 6:30 pm, he came by at 7:30 pm and had it fully assembled in just 45 minutes. He was punctual, polite, and very professional, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. The bed was assembled perfectly and he worked efficiently while still paying attention to the details. He also left everything neat and tidy when he finished. The whole experience was completely stress-free. I would absolutely book Jermaine again and highly recommend him to anyone needing furniture assembled or similar help around the apartment.
