In the future, if you hire another contractor and choose to leave a review, please know that five-star reviews are what help small businesses like ours grow. Before you left a three-star review, we ensured that everything was communicated clearly, including why John was onsite alone. No company sends their main GC to remain on one job full-time, but I made an executive decision to prioritize your project and see it through to completion. Additionally, we absorbed over $100 in debit card fees to provide a small concession, knowing the project took longer than expected. We also custom-built and included a decorative door at no extra cost to make up for any delays. One of those delays was due to rain, which, unfortunately, was out of our control. In business, some make excuses, while others go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied—we take pride in being the latter.
