Moving into an older home has its challenges. When our first load of laundry caused the drain pipe to overflow onto the laundry floor, we panicked. Rich to the Rescue! Rich came out immediately, like within 20 minutes!! He quickly assessed the problem (lots of lint in the washer's drain pipe), fixed it in a jiffy, and gave us advice on other quirks we noticed in our 1970s house! What a gem. We'll be using Rich again for our less urgent issues.

Rich was on time and great! Tested all units to make sure there were no leaks before we put up drywall and tile. He moved kitchen hot/cold and replaced an old 3-valve system with a new Delta single-valve modern system in a 1980s condo for me.

I was very impressed with the work that Rich completed for our home. We had two projects completed and was very pleased with his assessment of the issue and recommendations. He was also very responsive. He started on the job and finished during a reasonable time and really knew his stuff. If you have plumbing needs (in our case he worked on a few things in our kitchen) then Rich will be a great fit. He brought all materials needed to get the job done. We will contact Rich for future projects.
