Adrienne G. says, "We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we first called, the customer service team was absolutely stellar. Instead of asking us to call back — especially with everything we had going on — they offered to follow up themselves, and they truly did. They checked in, made sure we were okay, and helped us schedule service without adding any extra stress. They sent Scott to handle our plumbing issue after our new sink and countertops were installed, and he was fantastic. Scott was kind, helpful, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and walked us through what he was doing. We were highly pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend them."See more

Jennifer Chester says, "I never take the time to write reviews, but compared to previous experiences Ive had with other plumbing companies, I thought I would write a quick review. My water heater died on me.I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they had a guy out within just a few hours, which was wonderful! He replaced my water heater and wasnt pushy about trying to upsell anything, which I so appreciated!! I have to say great company, very courteous, timely, and extremely reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!!"See more

Reviews for Atlanta plumbers on Thumbtack

From Kathy L.

I had previously a bad experience with a contractor from Thumbtack and was nervous about hiring another person from the platform, but Andrew was great! He helped remove and replace a bathroom sink faucet for me. I’d tried to do it myself, but the faucet had corroded so badly that Andrew had to saw it out of the sink.

He responded quickly to my initial request, gave a really fair price, installed the new fixture well and was a pleasure to chat with - he also helped explain to me some plumbing things as he was fixing it which was nice. I had the faucet already but the supply valves I had didn’t match so he gave me guidance on what to get so I could finish the job myself later. He guarantees his work for a year after service which was really nice.

All in all, really pleased and trust restored - would hire again for other plumbing/electrical work!
