Tanner's Beginner Guitar Lessons

Introduction: Hi! I am currently a college senior offering private guitar lessons. I have been playing and studying guitar consistently for 10 years. Also, I have an abundance experience in recording and performing. I am flexible with lesson times throughout the week. The length of each lesson is negotiable, but I would prefer each lesson to last from 30 minutes to an hour. Also, prices are negotiable, but the standard rate is $25 for 30 minutes. My lesson style is interactive; meaning that in the first lesson, I will present the student with some basic fundamental exercises and then I find out what the student wants to learn. The student will choose a song that they enjoy and would be reasonable for them to learn within roughly 1-5 sessions. On the second lesson, we will begin by reviewing the student's progress with their basic exercises and then move on to learning the song of their choice. Once the student has learned the song of their choice, they will once again be presented with a new set of exercises to practice and get to chose a new song to learn. Requirements: 1. That the student has their own instrument 2. That the student purchases a blank tablature booklet (this can typically be found at any music store that sells guitars for a reasonable price) 3. Following the first session, payment needs to be made upon arrival. 4. I only teach beginners who are 20 years of age and under.
