Introduction: LSMG is different because our teachers are working musicians as well with many years of performance experience. Music is ever changing, as a student you want a teacher than is not only well studied but also has a grasp on current styles and ideas.
Here at LSMG we have several teachers for different disciplines. My name is Jason Sylvain and I teach voice. The most favorite thing about my job is watching someone light turn on to a concept. To see them go from just thinking about being a performer to BEING that performer, that vocalist that they always wanted to be.
