Vitalli and his colleague were great to work with. We had them fix a gap between our carpet and laminate flooring. There was some miscommunication about material cost but it was easily resolved. They did a good job with the work requested. We were surprised that they left old/broken materials and that we needed to sweep and vacuum but it wasn’t a big deal. The main reason for the deducted star is that after they left we found a gap in our carpet in a different location that hadn’t previously been there. We’re not sure if they knew about it or if it was necessary to complete the job but communicating this would have been nice. Overall good work.
