No call no show. The owner confirmed the day before. I waited over an hour even though we said we would wait a little after 1pm. He did not show up, text, message back on the app, or answer my calls. He responded very quickly before to schedule, but he never followed up with all the notifications I gave. I am all for giving everyone a chance, but communication is key. He did not communicate he would need to reschedule or not make it at all. Very disappointed in the outcome of not getting the job done with this vendor.
