Carlos was fantastic. He installed my window air-conditioning unit quickly and did an excellent job — everything feels secure and works perfectly. He also went above and beyond by helping me with a clogged sink drain while he was here, which I really appreciated. He was professional, efficient, and cleaned up after himself before leaving. I’d absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable help.
