- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please be aware that I charge a two hour minimum or travel time. IE: -30 minutes travel to your task, 30 minutes at your task, 30 minutes home = 2 hr minimum -30 minutes travel to your task, an hour at your task and an hour to get home = 2.5 hours If there is a task directly behind yours on the schedule you will not be charged for travel time leaving your job. Instead you will be charged travel time to your job and time at your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to understand exactly what it is that you need done and what your expectations are. From there we can complete the task same day or hire additional help to meet any goals you have surrounding delivery dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in an automotive shop turning wrenches and diagnosing electrical issues. I had a grand father who was a carpenter and I decided that I wanted to meld the two together. In order to do so I spent 7 years as a commercial building engineer learning how to repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues as well as carpentry from my grandfather and any other sort of thing I could figure out.
