After tirelessly searching through MANY companies that either were difficult to get responded back to if at all..or saying they'll show but never do..or charging a ridiculous fee..we were just about to throw our hands in the air and give up on finding someone to lay new flooring down for us. Please understand..we are an average family that raised kids who are just now out on their own so our carpet was awful. After years of saving..when the last of the kids left..we were FINALLY able to get a new floor. This was a very big deal to us..we were so excited only to have our trust in hiring anyone almost gone. We took one last shot and contacted Problem Solvers. Hands down BEST decision we could've made. In addition to their professionalism..there seems to be no limits as what these guys can do. They went above and beyond for us. If we asked for it..they did it. You will NOT find a better price either! (Believe me..i tried!) Orlando and his guys were trustworthy..reliable and the quality of their work was superb. We've already highly recommended them to our family and friends and will continue to use them ourselves for anything in the future. Orlando..Carl..Tony, we truly appreciate all you did for us. Thank you so very much!

It has been an awesome experience working with Orlando. We were on a very challenging and unpredictable timeline and wanted to get our floors done before we moved into our new home. Orlando completed the work in record time, and was a man of his word. He was very patient with us. He put down laminate flooring in our home in record time and within the timeframe he quoted us. He was very responsive, and really made the process very simple. The floors look spectacular, and we will definitely call Orlando and his team again for future projects at our home. His quote/pricing was upfront and there were no hidden cost or surprises.

Team Orlando, were very professional and responsive. They take great pride in their work quality and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use their flooring services again. Work Completed: Ceramic Tile in Master Bath and Vinyl Squares in Laundry Room.

Orlando came over last minute to wrap up a flooring install that had lingered due to a botched install by a friend. He was professional, prompt, and honest. His guys worked nonstop and knocked out the job quickly and on budget. Look no further if you need some floors installed.
