I consider myself an alternative healer because I combine a mixture of therapy, health, wellness and energy work in my session. I am heart based and not mental based. Heal your life, consciously. I’m an experienced Alternative Healer and a firm believer in a Wholistic approach to healing. As individuals we are made up of the mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart. My truth is that all 5 must be aligned so that a free flow of energy is achieved. I believe in the importance of focusing on all aspects of the self to achieve higher consciousness, unity, and peace. I am dedicated to being the change I want to see in the world. I love empowering individuals to understand their mind and bodies as they reconnect with their soul and source. I believe our core beliefs and emotions have the power to create dis-ease in our body. Based off my own experience in life i have been able to help individuals shift their core beliefs, giving them the power to heal dis-ease throughout their body as well as shift toxic patterns in their life. As an alternative healer, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the "alternatives", while providing a safe space for the process.
