Taura Parker started out with a smile on her face and assured me she keep me in the know as she completed my water restoration, and she kept her word. She walked and talked in a language that I understood. In fact, she was very knowledgeable of her content and made sure I understood the what and why which made me feel a lot better. She communicated effectively and even brought in props to demonstrate visible mold. The quality of work she performed was effective and in a nutshell, I was extremely pleased. She had an eye, very polite, and her judgement was exceptional. And, by the way, she was 30 minutes early! That is rare in this day and time!
