Vendors showed up earlier than expected and work is good. However the initial quote which included move out services for a 4bd 4 ba with oven, fridge and base board cleaning add-on went from 355.00 to 550.00 I spoke with several cleaners and initially didnt realize that the quote was for 355. I’m not upset with the work as much as feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I paid some extra but did not pay 550.00

Thank you for your feedback. The baseboard cleaning price shown on Thumbtack is a starting price and applies to small homes. Once I arrived, the amount of baseboards was significantly larger than average, requiring more time and labor. Before we began, the customer requested additional services, including window cleaning, window tracks/screens, and ceiling fan cleaning. These services were added, not a replacement for the baseboard cleaning. I clearly explained the additional cost of $200, and the customer authorized the service before it was performed. After the work was completed, the customer did not agree to pay for the approved additional services. I always strive to be transparent, fair, and professional with my pricing.
