I was disappointed with the quality of the cleaning service. The floors were still visibly dirty, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the beds were not made well. I had expected a much higher standard, especially given the cost of the service. Attention to detail was clearly lacking, and it didn’t feel like a thorough cleaning was done. I hope this feedback helps improve future service quality.
