- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and upfront, with no hidden fees. We price based on the size of your home (square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms) and the type of clean you need. We offer three services: a standard clean for upkeep, a deep clean for a full reset, and a move-in/move-out clean for empty homes. For recurring customers we offer discounts based on how often we come, up to 25% off for weekly service, 15% for every other week, and 10% for monthly. You always get your exact price before we start, so there are never any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation to understand your home and what you need. We ask a few simple questions (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and your zip code), then send you an exact quote right away. For a home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while, we usually recommend starting with a deep clean to reset everything, then keeping it easy to maintain with recurring visits. Once you pick a date, we confirm everything, send you our full checklist so you know exactly what is included, and take care of the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are experienced professionals who are trained on our detailed room-by-room checklist to make sure every home gets the same thorough, consistent clean. Every cleaner is vetted, background-checked, and insured, so you can feel comfortable having us in your home.
