Nice, hardworking, 2 cleaners showed up with plenty of cleaning supplies to make our home organized and spotless! Phone support was also plentiful from their company and the pre-appointment paperwork was very professionally handled.

The team from DJO home cleaning did a fantastic job on my 100 year old dustbin! White and black checkerboard floors were no match for them - and I walked into a pristine kitchen and sparkling clean bathrooms. They removed all items from the countertops when cleaning and dusted everywhere! Other services I’ve worked with typically don’t.
Additionally, they were extremely courteous; I work from home and am in meetings most of they day. They saved noisy work (vacuuming etc) for when I wasn’t on a call without me asking - very appreciative of their awareness!

Our pricing is based on number of rooms and bathrooms. Large discounts are given to recurring customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask basic questions about the scope of work the customer is looking for. We provide our checklist of what is included. We then ask questions additional questions to try to understand any unique request or requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first job was cleaning a banks for my best friends dad company. Our cleaners have been cleaning most of our lives
