Empress Optimum Cleaning did a deep cleaning of my home for Spring. I am beyond pleased with the work. The service was extremely thorough with multiple checks throughout the service to make sure that I was pleased with the work. I will definitely hire them again. If you’re on the fence go ahead and hire Empress you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Kivanna and her team. She is very professional, responds quickly to her messages, and added me into her schedule soon after we spoke. I needed a detailed clean and my house was left spotless! Everything was cleaned and organized thoughtfully and I really appreciated having my space treated with care. KiKi has a great personality that makes it easy to open your home and not feel bad about showing your cleaning deficiencies. I scheduled for a deep cleaning of my home on the first visit. She didn't get to everything as my home was a total hot mess. I have a realistic understanding that it will take time to get the results I want. But, I felt the difference where she did do her magic. She made sure to hit all my hot spots that really bothered me about my house. That made all the difference. I'm a night cleaner so I can stay up overnight until 4 or 5 am. Instead, I went to bed at a decent hour around 11:30 PM.

Her team did an absolutely amazing job! Incredibly friendly and personable, the team was not only super accommodating with our dog, but brought a ton of positivity into our household.
