We had already moved out our apartment into a house we bought an hour away. My niece who goes to GA State checked the apartment for me(I was living in downtown Atlanta). She said it looked good to her(bc she’s young and in college plus they were still cleaning when I paid). The cleaner said they still had to finish the kitchen. When I went to check the apartment, they didn’t clean any base boards, wipe down doors, there were multiple cabinets in the kitchen not wiped in. Top of Microwave was missed. None of the closets were mopped or swept. We had to re-clean both tubs. There was a spot in the bathroom cabinet that she stated wouldn’t come up, I got it up with one wipe. Not sure what kind of cleaning supplies were used. The oven was pretty dirty bc I cook a lot , I will say that’s the best job they did overall. When I texted Estela, she said that I should have told them while I was there, that’s simple things that you should do when cleaning for a move out. I wasn’t expecting those details to be missed. True it was my fault not being there to double check simple things that should be cleaned! so make sure you’re there if you choose to hire them otherwise there are so many more companies that will do a much better job. The pictures can’t really show the dirt as much as it was obvious in person. You will do a better job doing it yourself!
