• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our process is simple and hassle-free. Tell us about your cleaning needs, and we'll review the details, answer any questions, and provide a fair, upfront quote—no in-person estimate is usually required. On the day of service, we'll let you know when we're on our way and when the job is complete. If you're not home, you can securely provide a key, lockbox, or access code. In the rare event that a job requires significantly more time than expected, we'll discuss it with you before doing any additional work.
