- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a walk through and provide a written checklist with all areas that will be cleaned and a quote. We explain every step of our process and answer any questions so that you're clear on what services we're providing and the results you will get.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential homes, apartments, condos, commercial offices, and everything in between. We can customize options for most budgets and have experience with recurring service as well as one time services (such as post-construction, move out, deep cleaning etc)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A lot of people can use a broom or mop, so there's a lot of people in the cleaning business. However, not everyone takes the time to really make your home or business SPARKLE. We want our customers to genuinely say "wow" when we're done cleaning. It's the small details that people really notice and we take pride in our work. We don't overlook anything because everything matters.
