After many headaches going through solo cleaners we decided to hire a professional home cleaning company. Cant thank Immaculate Cleaning enough for all the hard work and attention to detail in cleaning our home in Midtown, Atlanta on a weekly basis. Highly recommend. Look at our bathroom. Its always brand new whenever they come. Humberto and Charlie are just so thorough and also extremely friendly. We already referred Immaculate cleaning to at least 3 of our friends.

My experience with Immaculate Cleaning from first contact through the cleaning experience was excellent! Rod, my initial contact, was very informative and friendly and provided fair pricing. I received a detailed cleaning from Patricia and Charlie. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. Problem areas I struggled with were cleaned beyond what I thought was possible. They even unclogged my bathroom sink! Any concerns I had were graciously and immediately addressed. Patricia and Charlie went above and beyond and my house is fresh and thoroughly clean!

Rod and Charlie really live up to the name of their business, immaculate! They both work very hard at making the customer happy; I was indeed happy!! I have had other cleaners and not a one of them have done half the job that these two extraordinary men do. Charlie cleaned my house yesterday and was very attendant to every detail. He put in extra time just to make sure it was right. He invited me to inspect areas that he had finished and insisted i let him know if there was anything additional I wanted him to do. He's very friendly and conscientious. I will be using their services from now on.

We are not the cheapest and neither the most expensive but we work with our clients for decades. It’s a one stop shop with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer doing a walkthrough to get to know the clients needs and wants. Then we work on a budget that works for the both of us and schedule a cleaning date. It’s that simple.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother taught me to clean our home since I was a child then it grew on me the attention to the details cleaning all of my clients home.
