Trena and her team did an outstanding job cleaning out my dads home. This was a big job with an unbelievable amount of dust and clutter throughout the home. I am so pleased with their work and attention to detail. They even pointed out things that weren’t cleaned properly by the previously maid service that we didn’t notice. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to quote a reasonable and fair service for our market. We offer Flat rates and hourly dependent upon the type of cleaning project :-). Discounts are available for recurring cleanings: Bi-Weekly, Weekly and Monthly
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to booking your initial service, we will thoroughly discuss the areas to be cleaned and take note of any specific instructions you may have. We get to know the house and the clients' demands. Clients can either schedule their cleaning service using our easy online booking page or they can reach out to us over the phone to schedule and discuss their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have over 15 years of private home, commercial and hotel cleaning experience and training. We know the tricks of the trade when it comes to cleaning, products and tools. Each client and project is different which creates a continuous daily learning environment to sharpen our personal, business development and professional skills!
