I had a small dining area directly off my kitchen and wanted a change, as well as I had a formal living room that was not really being used. Singletary Design Co. helped me redo both areas and I couldn't be more pleased. My family and friends LOVE the new " small/cozy sitting room" and have had great experiences entertaining in our new dining room area!!! My family have received positive comments on these designs from layout, color ( paint) choices, furniture use.
