I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Steve, Rafael and the team. These guys felt like more than a vendor, they felt like a partner to us on our home improvement journey. From paint recommendations to handling unforeseen challenges (hello, old wallpaper that had been painted over that we didn't know about!), these guys are top-notch. Steve was available for a quote quickly working in a hybrid in-person/remote environment between us and our realtor, and I was really impressed with the itemized breakdown, room by room, and the anticipated costs (should we need to eliminate anything for budget). He was there to help with paint sheens and ensuring that each step of the process was smooth for us. When Rafael and the team discovered our dining room had ancient wallpaper under the paint, it didn't deter them - we were consulted quickly and provided a very reasonable solution to handle the challenge... and all still finishing BEFORE the initial time estimate for us. We had a tough job of some smoothing of textured walls that was handled beautifully as well... it looks like we have a whole new house.
I can't recommend this team enough - the value that you're getting with this team is the true investment in the customer experience, the willingness to get it right no matter what, and the desire to keep your business after the project is over. Spectacular experience with 360 Painting.

This was the most hassle-free house project weve done yet! John came out for a quote without my needing to leave work to meet with him and provided the quote the next day. They helped me select a haint blue porch ceiling color which ended up exactly what I was hoping for. I was most impressed by the speed of service - from quote to finish painting was less than a week! They did an amazing job and the before/after pictures really show the impact their work had to make our house pop!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to better understand the customer's needs. Then we will set up a specific time to meet at the location to walk through all of the different part of the projects. At that time, we will go back through making all measurements and notes. Finally at that appointment we will provide the customer with a written quote.
We are always present at the start of any project to make sure that the project is in alignment between the customer and the painters. We never ask for full payment until the project is complete and satisfactory with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a strong foundation of education and training to my work in residential and commercial painting. I hold two engineering degrees, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of materials, surfaces, and project management. Additionally, I am a certified program manager, demonstrating my expertise in coordinating complex projects.
Furthermore, I am a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, emphasizing my commitment to process efficiency and quality control.
