This team was absolutely fantastic to work with. Stephen was quick to get a quote scheduled for me and was able to work me in quickly so that my place to get painted before I moved from out of state. His team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Their patch work from previous holes in the wall is fantastic and I am incredibly impressed with their workmanship. Dunwoody Painters painted the entire exterior of our large house, with its many doors and windows as well as iron railings on decks. The owner Stephen Doversola and working crew (foreman Rolando) were proficient and easy to work with.Some of the high points:1. Of the four estimates we got they were the lowest, but given our positive experience we should have chosen them anyway.2. Stephen came himself to estimate the project and then came multiple times during the work to evaluate the progress and ensure our satisfaction.3. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM each morning and checked in.4. For each of the different aspects of the house (walls, trim/cornices/shutters, window frames, railings) different paints were used as appropriate. To help us choose, they got several samples from Sherwin-Williams and painted them on the wall to aid our choice. This display was much more effective than choosing from small paper swatches. With this assistance, our choices of color and sheen were an improvement over what we previously had in mind.5. Stephen and the crew were very accommodating to our special requests.6. They did some unexpected extras, like pressure washing pavements, without extra charge.7. All work was performed to a high professional standard. The site was left clean and neat.8. Dunwoody Painters is an experienced family-owned and locally operated business, which we regard as a benefit.The result is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased.

We had our exterior painted by Dunwoody Painters and they did an excellent job! The crew started on a Tuesday and finished on Saturday with a few rain interruptions, so it was completed much quicker than anticipated. They checked in each day at 8am and let us know at night when they were done. They were respectful of our property and made the house look new! The owner, Stephen, came out for the quote and final walk through, as well as some check ins during the project. He made sure everything was done perfectly and when one of our windows wouldnt close, he had someone come out and fix it that day. Prices were reasonable and work was great quality! Highly recommend

We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project, and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price. We will provide you with a free estimate upfront so there are no hidden fees or surprises. Payment is typically collected at the end of the project and after you've had a chance to inspect the work; we don't require any deposit. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request.
2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted
3. Listen to the customer's needs and expectations for the project.
4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project.
5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured.
6. Answer any questions from customer.
7. Leave a proposal with the customer.
8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks.
