Fantastic. Marsalis and Lord came out for an estimate right away. They were mid- to low from the estimates I received, but had done such a thorough job asking questions and examining the property to create the estimate that they really stood out as professionals, experts at exteriors, and committed to quality. The two painters I worked with, Alan and Victor, were lovely! They worked hard across five days to make sure every detail of my three level townhome was painted to perfection. After seeing the amount of hours and effort put into the job, I can say the quote now seems low for what I received in return. I will absolutely hire them again when I'm ready for interior painting and have already passed their information along to several neighbors who were also impressed by the transformation.

I needed the interior walls and trim painted at my rental property. Thumbtack connected me with several painters and after meeting and getting estimates from a few, I chose Hidden Colours. They were easy to work with, provided a fair estimate, and were able to fit me in relatively quickly. My biggest concern was that I wanted the painting done before I had the hardwoods refinished, but I could not arrange the timing to have that happen. Hidden Colours took extra care to make sure that no paint got on the newly done floors, which I am very thankful for. The only "complaint" I have was that it took them a day longer than estimated to complete the work, but as I wasn't in a rush and they were fitting me in, it wasn't a real issue other than being able to let them in on the extra day. Due to my budget, I only had them do part of the house, but I will definitely call them back out to complete the other painting needed.

From the 1st call to request a quote all the way to the very end of the project, Hidden Colours was absolutely AMAZING!!! They were punctual, communicated effectively and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with every room they painted. They provided excellent customer service and made sure that they constantly checked in throughout the project to make sure all parties were on the same page. Special thanks to Lord, Marsalis, Alan, and Victor for making sure that my project looked exactly what I had envisioned. I will definitely be using their services again for my future painting needs!

Lord and his crew did a great job with our interior painting projects. They fixed multiple areas prior to painting. It was a three day job and they showed up each day right at 8am ready to work. He was very professional in our conversations prior to the start of the job and stayed in constant communication throughout the job. We will hire hidden colours again in the future.
