This painter missed deadlines by 3 weeks. Took him a month to paint 3 rooms and then quit on me at the last minute. This house was going up for rent, so mind you each day that he stretched this out cost even more money because that was another mortgage I had to pay for longer, on top of the mortgage for the new house that I moved in.
