- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price projects based on scope, materials, and the level of detail required to do the job correctly. My goal is to deliver long-lasting, high-quality work rather than quick or temporary fixes. I’m always transparent with pricing, and you’ll receive a clear estimate before any work begins. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat customers. I don’t believe in surprise fees—communication is key from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen. I start with a conversation to understand your goals, budget, and how you want the space to feel and function. Next, I visit the property to assess conditions and offer professional recommendations. From there, I provide a clear plan and estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep you updated throughout the project. I always walk the site with you at the end to make sure you’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in landscape installation, planting, hardscaping, drainage, and outdoor construction. My training comes from years of working in the field, learning proper techniques, materials, and design principles that ensure durability and visual impact. I stay current on best practices and continuously refine my craft to deliver work that looks great and lasts.
