They were very over scheduled which resulted in them not arriving at the scheduled time. We set an alternate time which they also were unable to make. However, I expressed my displeasure and they called to let me know that they would be there an hour later. When they arrived they went right to work. It was evident that they were very experienced movers and they took great care to avoid any damage. They were professional and respectful. It was evident that they still had a number of jobs to complete that day. They were trying to accommodate everyone but should have managed their bookings and schedule better.
