I am a credentialed Life Coach, utilizing NLP, which is technique based and gives you the ability to tap into how your brain works, change your mindset to work with your goals not against. I work with highly intuitive, individuals that know there is a way, but are either stuck with career, health or with a lack of belief in self. As a certified Health Coach and Gut health specialist, I help my clients to lose weight, feel better, have more energy, feel lighter, have a community and do away with black and white thinking. Whether you want to just lose weight or become more active or figure out how to eat in a consistent way that supports your health- I know the way and you will too.
Having suffered for years with IBS, GUT health is an issue that needs to be addressed as it can affect your weight, mood, and how your body detoxes naturally. You will receive the best recommendations on healing your digestion.
