- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Because I have a variety of services, I usually quote $75 per session. If you would like to partake in group coaching I also have that available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with an assessment then tailor the sessions to your most pressing goals first. If it's health and fitness we start with a fitness program, a meal/nutrition plan and work in mindset coaching. If it's more life coaching, then we tackle the issue at hand starting with creating your ideal and working backwards to get you there. I believe we all have the ability to change but often we don't know how to uncover our true potential and often just need direction on strategy and small behavior changes to get us there. Yoga is based upon your level! We warm up the body with moving the spine in all directions, the practice will generally be a combination of exertion, balancing, and passive stretching. My extensive anatomy knowledge allows for me to make sure you know exactly what muscles each pose is meant to open and activate. We will push where we need to and move gently. You will leave feeling challenged, relaxed, open and mentally centered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Meditation Training, BA in Psychology, counselor work at a psychiatric hospital, yoga teacher training, yoga teaching, Certified Health and Nutrition Coach- Precision Nutrition, many other educational seminars in areas such as: mindful eating, binge eating, positive psychology, neurological affects of yoga, neuropsychology, and many, many more
