What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is packaged. After the initial consultation, we decide on a plan and I have standard package pricing according to the program I create.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the first session, I take you through a discovery process. This helps me to identify the problems at hand. At this point I can create a customized plan for us to move forward in our coaching. Each client is unique an therefore I design my coaching programs accordingly. No cooking cutting here! Once we have a plan, I will outline the terms of our agreement and we can get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a board certified Family Medicine physician trained in Integrative Medicine,
I have trained and certified in wellness coaching,
I have a Master level Practitioner NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy® Certification, and
I am a Reiki Master (I am trained in energy work) for over 2 decades
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an integrative medicine physician, I was always coaching patients. Because of this I decided to officially train. When I started noticing the results I was getting (and the immense fulfillment of helping other achieve them), I shifted my focus more to the coaching model.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking hire coaches what you want to ask yourself is this:
Is the coach a match for your values and priorities?
Do they feel like a fit for you (intuitively)?
Have they worked with others like you in the past and gotten results?
Are they themselves doing the work in their own lives?
Do THEY have a coach? (All coaches need coaches)?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What do I want?
Am I willing to do the work for what I say I want?
Am I willing to invest the time, money, and work to achieve the results I say I want?
What is my commitment level (1-10)?
If it's not a 10, what would make it a 10?
