I am deeply grateful for Ola’s outstanding career coaching in job negotiations, which resulted in doubling my job offer! Ola, an exceptional listener and marketer, masterfully translated my professional desires into decorated words, clearly conveying my position in a highly professional manner.
She went above and beyond, investing time and resources to craft a compelling narrative that highlighted my strengths, value, and market worth during negotiations. Ola’s personalized approach not only boosted my confidence but played a crucial role in doubling my salary at my next job.
Her support in understanding my market worth and negotiating my final salary was instrumental. I wholeheartedly recommend Ola’s services, not just for salary negotiations but to align your soul calling with your career path. I plan to continue working with Olalaland for personal branding as I embark on this new chapter!
