- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are some of the best in the business. Pricing is based off distance, labor and also how far in advance you book. We give you quality service for a good price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer or any costumer we find out exactly what they need. Next we figure out a price and what the best plan for execution is. Then we setup a time and date. We call a day or two before the scheduled date to make sure everything is ok and can go ahead as planned because life does happen. Finally we give you quality work at a good price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When we were young we moved around a lot, without help we were unable to hold on to some of the the things that held sentimental value to us. As adults, we realized this is a problem for many people. We decided we wanted to be the people you could depend on with your journey whether it was big or small.
