Hero movers were actually REAL HEROS for me today! I had hired Midas movers from the thumb tack app and they backed out at the last minute, so I was left looking for plan b for same day service. I called Hero Movers and they worked with me to get the job done within hours of my phone call. They had other commitments but they managed to work me when I was in a pinch. They were absolutely amazing, on time, professional and they did a wonderful job. I'm an interior designer and it's so important to me that I do a good job for my clients. I highly recommend HERO MOVERS!! THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN! You have to be so careful who you hire because even though they have committed, they may let you down. I can tell you from first-hand experience that Hero Movers WILL show up on time and give you expert service!

The team at Hero Movers deserve more than a 5 star rating if I could give one. We had a terrible experience with a fraudulent company, and my expectations after that were to first verify the legitimacy of the company I was working with and ask every question (not crazy) that would make sure I had the peace of mind. Donovan and his team went way above my expectations from the very first day I spoke to him.
Our items were securely kept in our own private van. In addition, Donovan kept me up to date by sending me text message statuses of almost every stop they passed. After my experience with the fraudulent company, Hero Movers in short, exemplified transparency and accountability which every customer wants especially with an interstate move!
