Revelations In Healing
About this pro
Hello, I wanted to write to say a sincere thank you to Andrew for helping me discover the source of my knee pain (that has been going on for years). Yesterday I thought I was coming in for a relaxing massage, but Andrew had a different itinerary! As he addressed the recent chiropractic issues the office had been working on, he noticed in my file that I've been mentioning knee pain on and off for awhile. When he asked me about it, I said that I used to be an athlete, my family has bad knees to begin with, and it's probably something that will always be there. I don't think he agreed with me. As he began work on my legs and knees, he pointed out what my I-T band is and how it connects within the body. After a few trigger point exercises, I could feel his point - mine needed some work and very clearly is contributing to the knee pain. I can't say it was the most "relaxing" massage I've ever had, but it made a world of difference. I went to spin class this morning and had NONE of the calf or low back pain that I've become accustomed to during class. As I sit here typing, I have my knees bent under my chair, and I don't feel like my knee is trying to rip itself in half. I also went online to do some reading, and everything he said makes soooooooooo much sense. Again, I want to say thank you, because I feel like I finally have an idea of what's going on, AND I know what I can do to fix it! I will definitely be coming back for more!
