Brittany bathed and groomed Ivy Pearl today and was very responsive and accommodating of my last minute request to move the appointment time up a couple of hours. She also accommodated my request to use a medicated shampoo I provided and was mindful of Ivy’s already itch prone skin when she advised she wouldn't use any fragrance on her. Ivy’s cut looks super cute (pics below) and Brittany shaped her face perfectly! I will definitely book with Brittany again.
