Since founding Valcin Strategic Solutions in 2014, Daphne has served more than 400 coaching clients across 20 states and internationally, including the UK, Canada, and China. She has delivered over 200 keynote speeches, workshops, and training programs for conferences, associations, corporations, and nonprofits on leadership, employee engagement, resilience, team building, productivity, and communication. After observing the struggles of youth and adults in her Miami neighborhood during her youth, including an influx of drugs and violence, Daphne always dreamed of one day being successful and becoming a community leader.
Her coaching has resulted in business coaching clients increasing their revenues by more than 10 times, and career coaching clients getting their first senior-level positions or successfully landing their dream jobs, with salary increases as high as 105%.
As a community leader, she also started an organization in 2003 that has awarded over $39,450 in college scholarships to 42 youth since the organization’s inception and was also a two-time finalist for the Washington, D.C. Capital Cause Changemaker of the Year Award along with becoming an inaugural College Board Fellow for her work in social change. She was also a University of Florida 2022 40 Under 40 Honoree.
