Update on my last review — they showed up and worked despite being under the weather. The owner himself came because his employees got lost; he owned up to his mistakes and apologized profusely. He wanted to keep his word and knock off a big chunk of the price for me to make things right. Overall, I’d give him another chance for being honest and fair. Adding a 5 star to even out with my previous 1 star review.

This is the worst experience I have had with moving. I scheduled for 12PM on Tuesday and sent the $25 deposit immediately. They messed up the date and sent a team on Monday. At 12PM on Tuesday, no one showed up, then they said movers went to wrong address, then moved the time to 2PM. At 2PM, I called and they said they’ll come at 3:15PM. It was already a waste of my time, but I felt bad because the guy on the phone seemed genuinely nice and apologetic and owned up to his mistake, so I said okay. 3:30PM, still no one here. At this point I considered it was a scam… who pull this kind of crap for $25 tho?? And now I have to scramble to find another mover which thankfully will arrive same day, but having wasted my whole day and now having to move during Atlanta rush hours, I should not have trusted them. Really disappointed, buyer beware.
