Terrible service & communication. They send young people to move your furniture and don’t have respect for your stuff . One of the guys has an ankle monitor so I had to literally monitor because I didn’t feel secure with my stuff. They literally dragged my brand new baby crib causing damage it had black stuff on it he told me to “wipe it off it’ll b okay stop acting like a customer” mind you this is a BRAND NEW $400 bed , took the legs off on my couch didn’t give the screws back . Taking the legs off made it easier for him to tear up my couch & he blamed the door for the damages , meanwhile my other movers getting it In. the guy also demands you to tip even after knowing he did a piss poor Job . The guy said he doesn’t move tvs of rip , how are you a moving company but don’t move tvs that’s what company insurance is for. They guy claimed he was gonna fix the issue & never got back to me so I will b sure to take action , this is a very shady & unprofessional company , if you tell them they didn’t something wrong they’ll say oh you’re just being a customer complaining . If you choose to do business with them be sure to have everything documented, take pics ! I told them 2 hours everything was literally already ready to go they kept tryna say how it’s gonna b 3 meanwhile it shouldn’t have been . When it got time to pay he calls a guy & the guy said “charge her for 4 . He got mad bc I wasn’t paying over on top of them damaging my things. The guy kept keeping in my face walking up to my yelling literally no respect. I paid $330 to have my things damaged never again I will stick to my movers they just happened to unavailable when i needed

The owner was 3 hours late and I had to call him for updates. He went no contact for hours and thankfully his incredibly polite drivers updated me after hours of no contact. He agreed on a flat rate of $200 to match a competitor and not only did he not live up to his word he added on additional fees. By the time I spoke with him he was unreasonable at 8pm. If you are going to use him, get everything in writing via text first.
