Local Moving (under 50 miles)
Moved from Canton to Decatur. The truck came with two guys who are professionals and protected all of my stuff and did a great job at transporting them. My apartment is on the third floor and they were very quick and careful about getting all my stuff up. I recommend them!!!

From requesting a quote to the time the movers left, I felt well cared for! Stephanie was both responsive and thorough in communications with the quote and move logistics. The movers showed up on time, worked hard from start to finish with a professional and pleasant attitude. I would recommend hiring them and I certainly will next time I need moving help!

Local Moving (under 50 miles)
I submitted my request and they quickly called us and accommodated us the same week to pick up our new washer and dryer from Home Depot and bring it to our house also bring down the old washer and dryer to the garage. Their estimate was the lowest of all the other moving companies. They were at the facility on time . Provided great service. I will be recommending them to all of our family members.

Local Moving (under 50 miles)
Overall, my experience was a good one. This job entailed moving an L-shaped desk with hutch, 2 drawer file cabinet, small bookcase, and a chair from Mableton to South Atlanta (just south of the airport). First, the cons... the moving staff contacted me at the agreed meeting time to let me know that they would be arriving 45 minutes late. I do appreciate the communication, but it could have come a little sooner. Also, even after specifically requesting that they bring tools for disassembly, they arrived without them. Luckily, the seller was able to locate couple of screwdrivers in the midst of her own moving chaos, so we were able to get it done. Additionally, after the furniture was loaded and secured onto the truck, I was notified that the previously agreed upon price may not be the actual price because the boss didn't realize where we were going with the items that were being moved. I was told that the final price could increase by at least $40 or more. I felt that this was a bit disingenuous, especially for the communication to occur after the items were already locked on the truck. However, due to the brevity of the distance between the origin and destination, and the efficiency with with the personnel worked, having to pay an additional fee did not come into play. For the pros....The staff that was sent out to complete the move (I apologize that I do not remember their names) were AWESOME. They were personable, efficient, and very careful with the furniture pieces during transport and disassembly/reassembly. They completed the job in a timely fashion, and were communicative throughout the process. Despite a couple of hiccups at the front end, I would use these guys again. I appreciate the same day availability, and the quick responses during initial communication through Thumbtack. Thank you for coming through for me in the clutch!
