- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Atlanta, we know that moving can be expensive-whether it's your first apartment, or your family's dream home. At Metro Moving Company, we work quickly and efficiently to safely move your belongings from point "A" to point "B" at an affordable hourly rate that puts the other guys to shame. We have conducted market research including a comparison of our closest competitors in the local Atlanta market, and we know that our services are competitively priced. Check out our hourly rates at metromoveme.com/book-online. There is always a 2 hour minimum, and all jobs require a FLAT travel fee ($99 for one truck, $250 for two truck jobs). That being said, we understand and respect that everyone has a budget to keep. Not every service will fit every customer's budget, so we encourage you to shop around, and then call Metro Moving Company when you're ready to move forward!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After answering any questions about their move, our customers book online for their convenience-selecting the day and time that works best for their families and their busy schedules. We send a confirmation email immediately after booking, and call to confirm moving details 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled move. Additionally, we make a courtesy call on the day of your move.
