hi I'm so sorry you feel that way but I would never take advantage of you or any woman for any reason 80 percent of my moves are women I gave you a discount on all extra hours you went over saving you money.You had 2 10x10 storage units with a elevator for your load up, the storage unit was not packed correctly you had torn bags and boxes they we had to repack. your unload have no fright elevator so we had to use the service elevator which we had to share with everybody including the trash collector that would hold up the elevator to collect every apartments trash I explained the situation to you I thought you understood that problem but if you feel like I took advantage of you or over charge you my deepest apologies but I could have charge you way more money for 3 movers for over 6 hours call any moving company and get a qoute. thank you for your time stay blessed have a great day
