This app only let me pick three of five things I like about working with West Home Solutions. That's too bad, because I loved EVERYTHING about working with them. Truly the best experience I've had in hiring help from online anywhere so far. They were trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful, professional, and followed through on everything they said. When they had questions about anything, they came to me. Phenomenal communication! And even though my job crossed the boundary between "cleanup" and "packing" for a move, they worked with me and my embarrassing mess in two rooms I've been using for storage during a very difficult move without making me feel bad. The Wests are genuinely nice people, but also EXTREMELY hard-working.
I would have zero reservations about working with them again. Hire them - you will not regret it!
