Event Planning

Monica was extremely responsive and helpful in planning my event. I appreciate everything that she did for me. Although the event eventually did not happen, that was not her fault. I would certainly be willing to use them again in the future.

Event Planning

Working with Monica and her team was delightful from beginning to end. Monica took the time to understand me and the vision I had for my 60th birthday celebration. Party Planning (for children)

Monica is the best event planner. I recently had my son's 1st birthday party and I hired Monica to plan my event. I had 250 guest and 80 kids, she did an amazing job and she knows how to work with your budget. Everything was well planned and the cake was great. She is very professional, patient, and understanding. Diego did an amazing job also with my son's slide show video. Thank you trendy fun party!

Event Planning

Wow! I hired Monica based on her positive reviews and will be using her for every function I ever do again, seriously. Monica and I are going to be besties in a few years ;) Let me tell you how it went- I contacted her to help me plan my husbands 40th birthday party, which we wanted to host at our home. She came to my house, listened to my thoughts, which were only half baked at the time, and began guiding me through the different aspects that needed to be covered. After our initial meeting, we had a good plan and she took it from there. We were on a short timeline (2 weeks!) so we had to move quickly in order to meet our deadline. Monica kept pushing everything forward, stayed on top of the vendors and managed all the details, all the while communicating with me to get my input and approval. She truly is amazing. I don't know how she kept up with all the moving pieces- we had emails going, contracts, menus, texts, voicemails, and she managed to always know where we were with everything. I had no suprises on the night of our party- the evening went exactly as we planned. Now, besides the planning, the event itself was absolutely wonderful!! I have photos to show how it ended up...but the atmosphere, decor, food and service from all the vendors was right on point. Monica was at our home from 11am until 11pm (maybe later) working tirelessly to make sure everything went perfect, which it did. We all had a fabulous time, it was such a beautiful fun night.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All we created is Customized and unique for each event. For this very reazon the prices vary from one event to another, but our basic package started at $600. Each item of the design makes a difference eg banner, backdrops, the sweet table etc. and the complexity of each part of the decoration, entertainment, catering, photography, rental items and more... It is for all these things we like to discuss in detail with the costumer of what you need for your event, to give them an accurate price and adjusted to your needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    the key to the secret of my design and satisfaction of my clients is communication. After discovering what they want, I orient them with my suggestions, then after I have the concept ready, I start making sketches of my design proposals. I always keep a fluid communication showing each stage of the design process,so I make sure that my customers get what they really expect to have, It is for this reason that my clients are always surprised, and always I received the same compliment:"this Design exceeds our expectations, thanks"

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My back ground are Industrial Designer, later I discovered my new passion for decorating events and coordination. It was easy for me because I was always involved in handicrafts and everything related to art.That's why I decided to keep studying and get my certification in Event planning and event design.
