- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is non negotiable. I do promos from time to time though!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, I like to get a clear understanding of what they’re looking for and what I’m able to provide. I will NEVER tell a client I can complete a service if I’m not sure about it! I’ll then provide pricing and we can go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely self taught! Experience is truly the best teacher! However I have held a cake decorator position at a Sam’s Club! Now though, I work 100% from home full time.
