We didn’t know what to expect having a personal chef for the first time. We’re very picky eaters so we were anxious; however this was such a great first time experience for us. Chef Brandon was punctual and communicative. He educated us on the meals which were amazing by the way. He used the best ingredients and you could tell.
He was super professional, yet extremely friendly. It felt like a good friend (who can cook) was making our meals. Thank you Brandon!

Sometimes we just need a superhero. And on this day Brandon Moore of 11/7 Enterprise Catering was that masked hero. I returned state to learn that my original anniversary surprise had been canceled. I jumped on Thumbtack to look for a personal chef that had next day availability, and Brandon answered the call with promptness. His response time to my questions was consistent and concise period, and not only was he able to make it at less than 24 hours notice, he also was an hour early getting here. And being able to set up and in turn, break down just in time for us to continue on with our full afternoon of anniversary celebration and hustling around with pick up of our 4 kids afterwards. The food was fantastic and full of flavor.
Brandon's contribution to our conversation was Timely and effective as it helped my wife and I reconsider and lock in on some health conscious food choices that we continue to make and implement for our family. Being a vegetarian/vegan. I will say that the food options are quite delicious and are definitely worth enjoying. And the presentation was phenomenal. In life you get what you are willing to pay for and the value that came in my time of need... let's just say because of my decision to work with 11/7 Enterprise Catering....your boy is winning! Thanks Brandon.

Amazing experience! My daughter and I learned so much from Chef Brandon. He was patient, taught well, and was very attentive! He explained where he sources his food from, which made me feel good about the food I ate. He explained things along the way, as I wanted to learn more about the dishes being prepared. I would absolutely hire him again as my personal chef!
