Hello, hello! I’m Chef Justin, and it’s lovely to (almost) meet you!
After years of honing my craft in fine-dining kitchens and collecting numerous accolades (including two Michelin stars from my time in France), I’m excited to bring all I’ve learned into your home and make your evening truly unforgettable, a culinary journey through the parts of our world that first inspired me to pick up an apron.
Additionally, I have years of experience as a private chef for many UHNW families, celebrites, and executives, and after losing nearly two hundred and fifty pounds through radically delicious dietary and lifestyle changes, I would love the opportunity to create weekly, seasonally-curated menus just for you. Incredible! Simply incredible food, professionalism and making this a special event. We have never had a chef come over and cook a meal for us and now the bar is so high. I don’t think we’ll use anyone but Justin in the future. You can tell he really loves cooking and his passion about every ingredient that is presented. When I reached out to him, he immediately asked what I liked and disliked, what my favorite foods were along with what I didn’t like. He tailored the menu exactly to what I would be interested in along with adding some things that I didn’t know I liked until he made them. I can’t wait to experience more of his phenomenal cooking! Along with just being so friendly and making the experience a 15/10.

Justin is a phenomenal chef! We hired him for a private birthday party, the quality and taste of each dish was outstanding, flavors pooped off the plate. Taste buds couldn’t get enough although we where full. We can’t wait to hire him for our next event.

As we planned for our wedding, Chef Justin was in constant contact with the groom and bride. He was perfecting our hors d oeuvre’s, entree, accompanying wines, our signature wedding drink and a gorgeous white chocolate & mixed berry flower topped wedding cake. Not only was the food beautifully presented, but delicious. As most the guest enjoyed an amazing filet mignon with lobster tail, he also catered to a vegetarian bride. Justin has an easy going personality and a great sense of humor that added to the experience. His assistant server was fantastic. Justin also dealt and resolved many issues at the hotel where our wedding was held. Great all around experience. Can’t wait to use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work at a higher price point (two hundred dollars per person and up), so that I can provide the very best ingredients from local purveyors and create an unforgettable meal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy providing several options during my initial consultation with a new customer, centering on the dishes and ingredients that they love most. I also look forward to personalizing each event to make it truly special for my customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college at the Culinary Institute of America, and have worked at numerous fine-dining establishments. I was also the chef of Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro when it received it's Michelin star.
