This guy puts on an amazing culinary experience! We have been working together on many shoots and events, and he never disappoints! Amazing food, amazing ingredients, amazing flavor, and presentation to die for! He's catered every birthday party for my children over the past 3 years and even my wedding! He's become part of the family.

Jay and his team are amazing event planners. From my daughter's wedding to our son's college graduation party to our monthly dinners here on the ranch.... Chef delivers! He is truly the Willy Wonka of food.

I joke with Chef Jay often that he's (and his fried chicken) the reason I snagged my husband! Our cooking lessons are so full of life and information! I've even started to get my friends in on the action. What he does with flavor profiles (a term he taught me) is beautiful. Always on time and always comes through.

Our office looks forward to Jay's weekly meal prep. Typically you don't get much variety with paleo (from our experience), but Jay has shown us the way. He takes us around the world ...with no carbs! How great! I have never met anyone so well versed on spices and how to play with them.

Chef Jay is amazing, and WOW those flavors. It's so amazing hearing him speak about his travels and the families he's met along the way who have taught him the recipes he prepares for us weekly. We are so fortunate to have Jay in our lives! He's turned my son into a super chef....and he's only 8!
