Hello, hello! I’m Chef Justin, and it’s lovely to (almost) meet you! Incredible! Simply incredible food, professionalism and making this a special event. We have never had a chef come over and cook a meal for us and now the bar is so high. I don’t think we’ll use anyone but Justin in the future. You can tell he really loves cooking and his passion about every ingredient that is presented. When I reached out to him, he immediately asked what I liked and disliked, what my favorite foods were along with what I didn’t like. He tailored the menu exactly to what I would be interested in along with adding some things that I didn’t know I liked until he made them. I can’t wait to experience more of his phenomenal cooking! Along with just being so friendly and making the experience a 15/10.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to work at a higher price point (two hundred dollars per person and up), so that I can provide the very best ingredients from local purveyors and create an unforgettable meal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy providing several options during my initial consultation with a new customer, centering on the dishes and ingredients that they love most. I also look forward to personalizing each event to make it truly special for my customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended college at the Culinary Institute of America, and have worked at numerous fine-dining establishments. I was also the chef of Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bistro when it received it's Michelin star.
